Overview:
Our DiSC certification will provide you with a deep understanding of the tools, for application in a variety of contexts – particularly in situations that present intercultural challenges.
Because of our extensive, global experience in deploying psychometric tools in intercultural environments, our DiSC certification will include lots of ideas, stories, and case studies to help you to both administer psychometric tools in similar environments, and to better interpret their results.

Overview:
Aid in building the professional capacity of your clients’ internal team to get the most out of Everything DiSC Certification. These online blended learning experiences helps participant gain the expertise and credentials needed to bring these powerful tools directly into their organizations.
Course Requirement
Participants are required to own an Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ facilitation kit, as content in the facilitation kit will be referenced throughout the course. This will ensure participants receive the best learning experience possible. In addition to the kit, learners also must:

Commit to two weeks of self-guided online work, and attend all four instructor-led, virtual classroom sessions

Complete all self-directed asynchronous learning modules, and the course project on time

Earn a passing score on the final exam (80%+)

Have access to internet and a computer
