Sporting
entities normally will represent a specific culture, that being
corporate and / or community. This means that the successful ‘blue
prints’ of successful sporting entities could not always be “copied”
and “pasted”. SportsWorkx applies its process to
ensures that implementing a specific ‘blue print’ would take into
account the corporate and community cultures of the specific sporting
entity. This is what SportsWorkx does when applying the ‘cultural mapping and navigation’ programme.
The
programme will help the sporting entity (meaning the people) to develop
a very important intelligence, Inter Cultural Intelligence, which will
create new cultural spaces to facilitate winning solutions for the
sporting entity. The ability to interpret, and adjust your core, capabilities (what value you have to offer customers), capacity (your ability to implement your value proposition), and competencies of all stakeholders in your sporting organization is directly linked to positive change in performance. We believe that organizational characteristics such as the core (vision, mission & values), capabilities (value proposition), capacity (systems and policy), and competencies shape culture. Culture also drives behavior. It is the behavior of people that drives performance.
