Creating Places to Belong
Nov 1 , 2 and 3 in Dubai
We are constantly creating culture, and most of the time we can’t see it. Everything we do creates culture: our clothing, facial expressions, actions, choices, responses, or lack thereof - it all shapes the culture around us.
If that’s true, then everyone in a community has some degree of power to create culture.
The question then becomes – what kind of culture will YOU create?
This year we will discover ways to consciously create culture: a culture that is thoughtfully informed by the Three Colors of Worldview and the Cultural Mapping Inventory. Creating culture in places that are familiar to us – our families, our relationships, our workplaces.
