Beginning with the question, “What is culture?”, Marco Blankenburgh will share how teams around the world have collaborated with KnowledgeWorkx to discover, create and multiply cultures that are thoughtfully informed by the Three Colors of Worldview and the Cultural Mapping Inventory. Marco will share the creation story of our company and our assessments and how they can be used to navigate cultural chasms – both visible and invisible.
