ICI Consultant
The ICI Consultant Certification is an optional added module only available to those who have successfully completed their ICI Practitioner Certification and equips the participants with the ability to interpret and apply the KnowledgeWorkx frameworks, the Three Colors of Worldview and the “Cultural Mapping Inventory” (assessing personal and group preferences on 12 Dimensions of Culture) and apply the ICI Certification in consulting capacity.
The ICI Consultant Badge is awarded to practitioners who have completed the ICI Certification Journey as well as the ICI Consultant Certification and have demonstrated ability to analyze intercultural dynamics either from the relational perspective, or systems and processes perspective. They have also demonstrated ability to design and roll-out interculturally validated alignment, development and change initiatives that create resonant cultures of equity and belonging.
