These practitioners are certified to bring teams on a High Performing Intercultural Team journeys. These journeys will give teams a clear understanding of their current team culture and help them intentionally move toward the kind of culture they want to pursue together. The team will end with a charter equipped to see people, groups and systems & environments in a new way.
The HPIT Certified Practitioner badge is awarded to Level 2 ICI Practitioners who have also completed the HPIT Certification Journey focusing on guiding teams through 6 month High Performing Intercultural Team journeys. The recipients have also demonstrated ability to create customized journeys for teams using the Three Colors of Worldview, Culture Mapping Inventory, and full suite of KnowledgeWorkx tools by facilitating team as well as one-on-one (coaching) sessions/engagements with leaders.
