Christina Burrows Becomes a KnowledgeWorkx Partner

A Global Leader with a Heart for Transformation

We are thrilled to announce our newest partnership with Christina Burrows, Co-founder and Co-owner of Jigsaw Coaching. Christina brings a wealth of experience in leadership development and intercultural agility. Her work spans six continents and includes leadership roles in education, pastoral ministry and global non-profits. Christina’s passion lies in helping leaders and their teams thrive—personally and professionally—by creating interculturally agile environments where people can flourish.

Raised in the UK by Korean and English parents, and having lived in five countries, Christina embodies the global mindset that is core to our mission at KnowledgeWorkx. Her approach is marked by warmth, empathy, and a deep commitment to empowering others. Currently, she resides with her husband, two teen girls, and their yellow labrador retriever, Friar Tuck, in Northern California.

Christina’s leadership at Jigsaw Coaching has already been shaped by KnowledgeWorkx tools, and we are excited to deepen this collaboration as she joins our global partner network.

• Post-Graduate Certificate in Education from Manchester Metropolitan University

• Master of Divinity from Regent College, University of British Columbia, Canada

• Inter-Cultural Intelligence Champion from KnowledgeWorkx

• Associate Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation

• Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory
