Her global career—spanning London, Australia, the USA, and the Middle East—has shaped her into a sought-after facilitator, coach, and instructional designer. Nicole’s work is rooted in psychological safety, resilience, and inclusive leadership. She is known for designing bold, creative, and impactful learning experiences that empower individuals and teams to thrive in complexity.
Nicole’s partnership with KnowledgeWorkx will amplify shared values around Inter-Cultural Intelligence, coaching, and transformation.
