Updated: Mar 26, 2021

Forming partnerships for holistic leadership

KnowledgeWorkx today announced that they have finalized an agreement to become an Authorized Distributor of Inscape Publishing's Everything DiSC® suite of products (now a John Wiley & Sons, Inc. company).

Inscape's broad range of assessments and complete facilitation systems enhances KnowledgeWorkx's currently available training and development solutions to address a wide variety of soft skills areas including leadership development, teamwork, communications, sales, and more. KnowledgeWorkx joins an international network of Business Partners operating globally in more than 70 countries. Inscape Publishing, Inc., headquartered in Minneapolis, USA, is the leading provider of instrument-based learning systems that transform individuals, teams, and organizations by helping people develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. This, in turn, helps organizations realize greater success.

Inscape's flagship product, the DiSC® learning instrument, was pioneered over three decades ago and continues to be extensively researched and developed. Their latest addition to the family, Everything DiSC® is the result of continued innovation of the DiSC® product. Inscape's Everything DiSC® applications combine online assessments, classroom facilitation, and post-training follow-up reports to create powerful, personalized workplace development programs.

"We're thrilled to welcome KnowledgeWorkx to our Business Partner network", said Jeffrey Sugerman, Chief Executive Officer of Inscape Publishing. "The successful implementation of our learning instruments in organizations throughout the world is dependent upon the highly skilled network of distributors who use our resources with their clients' workforces to help them achieve desired results."

With the recent acquisition of Inscape Publishing by John Wiley & Sons, KnowledgeWorkx has joined at a very unique time in the history of these two companies. "Inscape's solutions-focused DiSC offerings are a perfect complement to Wiley's highly respected products published under its Pfeiffer brand, such as Kouzes and Posner's Leadership Practices Inventory", said Jeffrey Sugerman, Inscape's Chief Executive Officer. "Together we will serve a broad swath of talented professionals who in turn support managers, leaders, and teams in corporations, government agencies, and organizations of all sizes around the world," noted Sugerman.

"We are, first of all, thrilled to now be an International Business Partner with Inscape Publishing. We have successfully been running train-the-trainer DiSC® Certifications since 2007, as well as integrating DiSC® products into our three core service offerings: Consulting, Learning & Development, and Coaching", said Marco Blankenburgh, Owner and International Director of KnowledgeWorkx. "The new Everything DiSC® suite of products is a great addition to an already successful brand and we are excited to be joining at such a unique time with the Wiley acquisition. Wiley is focused in emerging markets as a solutions oriented business, something that is very much is in line with what we do and have been doing for a number of years. All in all, it is a great partnership and we believe that both of our businesses, as well as our clients, will benefit from the new relationship."
